Go to SolutionU2413, locked to mDP
Hi,
Bought a U2413 monitor and I can't access the menu for input, all buttons are locked. I was able to run the test by holding buttons 1 and 4 for 5 seconds and the monitor is working fine. Tried everything that I found on forum, unplugging all cables holding power button for 15, 30 sec, and I am still stuck. When the monitor goes to sleep after 5 minutes computer is detecting it and it says device is working properly. Any idea how to unlock input selection or menu OSD?

Let's backup.
* To what computer model is the U2413 attached?
* What video card/GPU is in the computer?
* What video out ports are on the video card/GPU or computer?
* List all U2413 cabling attached to the computer and the ports they are using

Hi Chris,
* U2413 is attached to lenovo y50 laptop
* Graphic card is NVIDIAN GeForce GTX 860M
* I'm using HDMI video port
* HDMI is only option

Pressed the menu button for 30 seconds and the padlock suddenly appeared unlocked.
