Dear Dell,

A few weeks ago we ordered 18 Dell U2414HB monitors for our new colleagues. Each colleague gets 3 monitors on their desk.

These monitors are linked with eachother by using displayport cables. One cable goes from the PC to the monitor and the other cables are going from monitor to monitor. (all cables are display port or mini display port cables)

This sounds nice on paper, unfortunately we experienced nothing but trouble with all these monitors.

Screen connections with the PC disappear, monitors fall out. We have 6 users who all use 3 montiors. They all have different problems. one user need to pull the power cable every morning out of the monitors. Otherwise she's getting no signal on the screen.

There are 6 users with more than 18 monitors, who all have different problems on there desk. All with display problems. 

The last 6 weeks I called with Dell Support Netherlands. But I get zero response. Nobody know how to help me, and I sit stuck with 18 monitors.

Can anybody help me out?
