So not exactly sure when this issue came about but DDM (Dell Display manager) will hang for me saying Please Wait. It hangs pretty badly to the point that I can't quit the process and forces me to reboot. 

Even after attempting to reinstall the U2415 drivers and reinstall DDM, it does not work. It appears this issue for me might have occurred after an upgrade from Windows 10 build 1803 to 1809. Previously worked fine with zero issues. 

Anyhow using 2x U2415's and a Nvidia GeForce 1070 Ti
