Stop using capital letters. When using it means you are shouting and no one likes people who shout
What flags are you referring to? I assume some command line, but you need to be more specific. Speed of writing to drives can be obtained from certain OS utilities and most probably from the library itself. In NW there is statistics, but I would more trust interval checks done by script by parsing time and volume saved in daemon log.
In that case we would need to know in which context question was asked. Every command has flags or switches which are used to set what command is set to execute. Flags is more term that we use when dealing with output or current setting for savesets in media database - these flags determined current status of the saveset.
Rinku, as much as everyone will do their best to help and answer questions, not knowing what in meant by Flags would mean your understanding of Networker needs to be improved dramatically. Whilst the forums and websites may help you move forward, i would really recommend you attend an EMC Networker Admin course to learn it properly from the ground up.
As Hrvoje has mentioned regarding Flags, do a search on mminfo.
