Media database is not accessible from nw client admin program

Hi,
I have following problem:
On a networker client, where the networker administrator program is running,I cannot browse
information from media database from networker server - volumes, savesets etc. but all informations about of indexes and devices are visible. Here's output from the mminfo command from nw client:
mminfo -s networker_server -m:
no matches found for the query

Where can be the problem? User rights?

Thank you

As far as I remember, when you do not have rights, you receive a specific message, not this "no matches found for the query".

If it's already an administrator, add this to remote access and tell us how things go now.

Actually you get this message as well - I have cluster pair used for backup server and security is such that only active node can run mminfo query. When second one runs you get reposonse as there is nothing inside mm.

Tell, when you run it from backup server I assume it works, right?

For start put *@client to admin list and see if that changes anything.

    Unfortunately,the same issue....
*@client is added to admin list but the problem still remains - media database isn't accessible

Is that client defined - does it have client resource definition?

Try to run both server and recover session in debug mode and see if that gives you any additional clue. If not contact your support and give them those logs.
