We are trying to set up a new Sun c4 jukebox with 2 lto3 drives to work with networker 7.2.2 under Solaris 9 SPARC.
After following the setup instructions, and running jbconfig the jukebox doesn't seem to be able to label tapes.
Any help would be appreciated.

check that your devices are in the correct order, could be that it is loading it into 1cbn, which in your networker config is Drive 2, but physically 1cbn may be the 1st device, and 0cbn the 2nd......
have networker load up a tape into 1cbn, then use mt commands to see what device from unix level is actually loaded up...
also raise the jukebox waiting times, maybe the sun c4 is taking longer than the default jukebox load etc times, load sleep is by def 5, make it 10.

Thanks!
This was exactly the problem.
I removed the jukebox and drives via nsradmin, and re-added them with 1cbn first, and it's working.
