More of a 'for everyone's information', I just wanted to know how you're backing up Exchange.  Obviously everyone's business requirements are different, but I'm interested to see how you deal with snapshots and full/incremental backups.  I'm designing my Exchange 2010 backup scheme now, and I'm having a little trouble understanding snapshot management (retaining snapshots only works for fulls?  What's the point?)  and how granular restores work (and if you even bother doing them).  Right now our Exchange 2007 environment is being backed up by DPM 2007 so NetWorker is clearly a different beast.    

Any insight the community has would be much appreciated!
