I have a latitude e5430 laptop with Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 adapter card.  It has worked without any difficulty for a number of years.  Recently I had to reinstall Windows 7 Professional on the machine. I now cannot get the wireless adapter to work and Device Manger shows a Code 31 error.  I have tried multiple versions of driver downloads for the device ranging from 14.3.0.6 (10/27/2011) to 15.17.0.1 (4/30/2015) all with the same code error results.  Obviously the adapter works with the laptop and its bios since it did so for a long time.  What am I missing or what do I have to modify.
