    Hi,

Follow the below steps to fix the issue that you are facing.

    1) Go into Add/Remove Programs (From Control Panel) - Remove Toshiba for Windows Software

    2) Go into Device Mangager (From Control Panel -- System -- Hardware Tab) -- Under Bluetooth Devices/Radio -- Remove Dell Bluetooth Module.

    3) Once removed -- In device manager - Click on Action Menu -- Click on Scan for Hardware Changes -- This should automatically install the drivers for the card.

    4) Once this is done, Control Panel -- Bluetooth Devices -- and check if it detects your bluetooth device.

The reason behind following all the steps above is XP SP2 has built in support for Bluetooth Stack and in this scenario, it is getting conflicted with Toshiba Bluetooth Stack (From Dell). By above steps we are trying to use the XP's stack to isolate the fault.

If still nogo, go to www.support.dell.com and download the latest drivers for Dell 350 Bluetooth Module.

    Rgds
