Need help accessing DSL Internet Connection through Wireless Networked Home Computers!

Hi, I have two computers networked together. Both are newer Dell computers running Windows XP. The primary computer (Comp1) can access the DSL Internet without any problems. When I turn on the Wireless Network, I can access Comp2's files and folders without any problem. Comp2 can access Comp1's files and folders without any problems. But when it comes to using the DSL Internet Connection on Comp2, I can't open any websites, access mail accounts, Sign-On to Intstant Messengers, etc.

When I open "Network Connections" on Comp1, it says:
DIAL-UP
1)AOL - Disabled
LAN OR HIGH SPEED INTERNET
1) Local Area Connection - LAN or High speed internet - Enabled, Shared - SMC EZ Card PCI 10 Adaptor
2) Local Area Connection 2 - LAN or High Speed Internet - Disabled - LinkSys NC100 Fast Ethernet Adaptor
3) Wireless Network Connection - Enabled - IP Address: 169.254.196.123, Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0, Automatic Private Address, Access Point Network: WLAN, Encryption: Disabled, Signal Strength: Excellent

When I open "Network Connections" on Comp2, it says:
INTERNET GATEWAY
1) Local Area Connection on Comp1 - Enabled
LAN OR HIGH SPEED INTERNET
1) Wireless Network Connection - Enabled - IP Address: 169.254.172.27, Subnet Mask - 255.255.0.0, Automatic Private Address, Access Point Network: WLAN, Excryption: Disabled, Signal Strength: Good
2) 1394 Connection - Enabled - 1394 Net Adaptor
3) Local Area Connection - Disabled
VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK
1) AOL - Disconnected - WAN Miniport (L2TP) 555-5555

When I Double Click on "Local Area Connection on Comp1" from Comp2, a window pops up displaying the Status (Connected), Duration of the Connection and Speed. But I am still unable to access any Internet services from Comp2.

Any suggestions on making this work!????

PLEASE HELP! I hope I have provided enough information to start with! Please get back to me ASAP!

Thanks!
