Please help a numpty re connection settings

Hi Guys and Guyesses,
I have a Dell Latitude C610 running XP Pro SP2 with IE. 7. It also has Maxthon but the problem is the same with that as well.
I have fitted a Dell Truemobile 1370 mini wireless networking card and I had no problems whatsoever with it when connecting to my home network.
2 weeks ago, I had to format the hard drive and re-install everything using the Dell restore disks and Windows update. Everything else is backed up so nothing was lost.
Everything works now except for the internal network card.
It connects OK and shows signal strength and connection speed as Excellent, plus my home page loads instantly (as near as makes no difference) BUT, when I try to go to any other web page, I may as well go and take the dog for a walk, that's how long it takes pages to load.
To rule out a fault with the internal card, I have tried a pcmcia network card and wired connection direct to the router but they all act the same.
I have a strong feeling that one of the settings is wrong but I have no idea which.
I have tried for ages to find a website offering IE 7 setup details re settings but to no avail.
Any clues appreciated.

Sorry, but you need to have some patience and realize that this forum is not an instant messaging service.  Adjust your attitude and I'm sure someone can be of help.  It's a user to user forum and when other users have time to check in, they may be able to help.

To help troubleshoot this problem, on the computer that is having the problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message. We can then work from there.

My apologies to you and other posters on this forum.
My last post was not an indication of impatience or a bad attitude. I just assumed that if anyone knew the answer, they would have replied already. I guess that comes from expecting folk to work at the same pace as myself, lol.
I have copied your instructions down and I'll get onto that first thing in the morning when I get access to the laptop.
It is now nearly 4am here in UK.
    Thanks for your help,
    Steve
