I have an Inspiron 700m. The built-in wireless has never worked properly. It connects intermitantly. It runs for a minute and then no available networks are found. It is near the router that works with all the other
computers. It is out of warrantee and now Dell wants me to pay $200 to send it in.

If I plug in an external card the computer works fine.
