I have 2 problems with my Inspiron E1505

 

1. When I close my laptop, I am disconnected from the internet

2. When I am disconnected from the internet, it will not reconnect me unless I follow these steps...
- Start - Run - %\system32/services.msc/s - Services - Wireless zero configuration - Start - Ok - Open Network Connections - Wireless Network Connection - Change Settings - Wireless networks - Check "use windows to configure my wireless network settings" - Ok..
Then it connects me to the internet

 

 

Also, could you tell me how to find out what my network key is? When other people come over and want to use my wireless they can't because I dont know my password
