I have been searching this site for hours trying to find Michael Dell's e-mail address.  I have read on other posts that he is the only one who cares at Dell.  In a last ditch effort to save my orders I have with Dell - I would like to e-mail him to see if he can be of any help.  All of the "Customer Service" reps are useless.  I also read that not one department "talks" to the other department.  I believe this from the bull ansers I ahve received fro the reps.  I have an on going issue with Dell and would like to see if anyone at Dell can resolve it - whcih at this point I seriously doubt.  If there ias anyone out there whom knows whom I might contact to resolve order issues - pleas, please let me know.
