Optiplex 390 does not display bootable USB in boot menu.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

  • Updated BIOS from A10 to A14 (Newest version)
  • Tried both UEFI and legacy boot options
    • Using the proper settings to create A legacy boot drive
  • Verified USB boot is enabled in BIOS and all USB ports are enabled
  • Drive does appear in the boot menu of another device.
  • Tried with and without "Add fixes for old BIOSes" ticked in Rufus.
  • Tried a legacy boot Windows installation USB drive with same result.

Relevant info:

  • BIOS A14 (Newest)
  • Arch Linux Installation ISO
  • Rufus 3.17.1846
  • BIOS updated by installing Windows 10 to an SSD on another machine and installing it in the Optiplex.
    • Note Windows had to be installed for legacy boot to boot in the Optiplex.

Any help/suggestions are much appreciated.
