Optiplex 7070 i7-9700 - Updated to Windows 11
The SSD is a Samsung NVMe PM991 - 256GB
From file explorer drive C:\ properties, in the optimize section under tools, it reports optimization not available.
Is this drive failing? The Support Assist program does not indicate any problems.
My warranty is about to expire and if something needs to be done, I prefer sooner rather than later.

Do you have the Samsung Magician software installed and if so is TRIM enabled? If you don't have that software then this web page may help with enabling TRIM. This page may also help.

Samsung Magician Software installed is version 7.0.1. Very few of the software features are supported by the PM991 drive. Could not find a setting to enable trim.
Used the Power Shell terminal for command line actions.
Initial query indicated trim was enabled. I toggled the feature to off and then to on. The trim feature is still not available in the Tools section. Did a restart and the results are the same.
I do note the Tools section reports the last analyzed or optimized date coincides with the latest windows update.
I did not install the EaseUS software.

I tried a manual retrim from the power shell command line. Results shown below.

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup service.
