1855 BIOS Update Fails

I'm trying to update the 1855 blade server bios on a number of systems in the same cage to A05 from versions ranging from A02 to A04.
 
I keep getting HAPI errors when I try to run the Windows 2003 update utility.
 
Any ideas on what's going on and how to get the BIOS updated? Please don't tell me to boot it from a floppy, these systems don't have one.

    Do you have digital KVM in chassis? So you can use virtual media and mount floppy from client.

    We do have the digital kvm installed... but I'm not clear on how to mount a virtual disk to do this. Can you elaborate or point me in the right direction?
