i have one question if any one can answer it i will be appreciating

we had poweredage 2950 server and the Open Manage Server Administrator portal showing that the battery for the PERC 5/i is faild with red cross mark.

do i need to replace it really or it is not serious ?

and if i should .. what is the step to replace it ?
