Hello everyone

I have a problem with my server PowerEdge T620, this message appear on Front panel LCD "General failure after video", My monitor doesn't show the screen, for this reason I cannot see the POST errors.

The leds of my HDDs are ok, I don't have the password of iDRAC.

My troubleshoot was:

remove and put RAM memory

remove and put PERC

remove and put cables of power

Please any suggestions for this problem? I need to enter the servers, I have Esxi vmware installed
