Drive Missing

Gen 3 1950 with 4 drives on a PERC 6/i firmware 6.3.3. I discovered today that when the server boots, it has a drive degraded. So when i look in ctrlr-R, 3 drives are online and 1 is missing. A while back, a drive went bad and it was replaced. I guess the drive that was replaced is the one that reports missing. I boot the server and login to OMSA. Drive 1, 2 and 3 show online. Drive 0 shows ready. I cant seems to add it to the raid 5. Any instructions?

    In OMSA, go to the Physical Disks screen ... is it missing there, or is it "foreign"?

    If missing, reseat the drive.

    If foreign, clear the foreign configuration.

    After either of the above, you will likely need to add the disk as a hot-spare to start the rebuild.

    It was ready in OMSA. Added as hot spare, it rebuilt then i added it to the array. Tahnks theflash!

    It didn't work for me still.  I clear the foreign and the drive is now in Ready but still will not rebuild and now the boot file is not detectable server will not boot again
