Hi I have a poweredge 2550 with 2 scsi harddrive running windows advance server 2000.  i have it set up as RAID 1 (software mirror).  the primary disk 0 failed.  I currently boot from floppy to the mirror drive (the shadow drive).  my question is, how can i make the mirror drive bootable? i.e. i want it to be the primary now, or is it possible?  or do I have to use the replacement drive, initialize it to make it bootable, reinstall the operating system, then somehow transfer all the data from the shadow drive to the new drive?  does that make sense?  please help.
