So I acquired a used MD3200i through the Modular Disk Storage Manager it shows the following two items as Needing Attention:

1. Storage Array Component - Loss of Communication
Storage array:  MCG-MD3200i
Component reporting problem:  Battery   
Status:  Not available   
Location:  RAID enclosure 0, RAID Controller Module in Slot 0
Component requiring service:  RAID Controller Module 0   
Service action (removal) allowed:  No        
Service action LED on component:  No

2. Degraded Physical Disk Channel
Storage array:  MCG-MD3200i   
Degraded physical disk channel:  2

After receiving this MD3200i, I did replace the battery (had it rebuilt by local Battery Wholesale) in module 0 but still getting this error.  I have tried clearing the configuration of Disk Group and Storage Array but the warnings persist. 

Any help from the community on what to examine or do next would be greatly appreciated.
