Dell Precision T7810 - D825EF-02 power supply question
Hi,
can I test (turn on) Dell D825EF-02 PSU using black BIST switch on the right side when it is NOT installed in workstation? Should green LED handle lit? I am not sure if it can run this way or can be checked only when plugged.
