I'm setting up a brand new Precision 5820 to be used as a 3D CAD/CAM Machine.  It is struggling to open up basic programs like chrome, let alone Fusion360.  I have downloaded Dell support assistant and updated all drivers and run all performance checks scans.  

The PC has two 500GB HDDs installed (don't get me started on why our default build doesn't include an SSD).  I believe it has a raid controller, but can't figure out how to see how it is configured.  

I am showing 100% usage on Disk 0.  Disk 1 shows 0% usage.  When I open Disk Management, I'm seeing Disk 0 containing the C drive as an NTFS and status as healthy.  Disk 1 is not initialized.  

Under the "create a storage pool" settings screen I am showing Disk 1 and unformatted and attached via RAID.  

Was this PC shipped with RAID setup and maybe our corporate IT core load of Windows messed up the raid configuration?  What steps can I take to troubleshoot this issue?
