Go to SolutionPrecision Tower 3620 doesn't power on.
So currently I am troubleshooting workstation Precision Tower 3620 and it won't power on AT ALL. First we thought that PSU is the reason of all of that so we've installed a new one PSU but it didn't power on with another PSU anyways. When I press that test button on the back of the PSU LED blinks and fans spin for a sec. I am writing here because I am not really great at troubleshooting and do know very little about all of this. Also I noticed on the Internet if that's a system board failure, on front head panel LED would at least blink but when I press the power button it is not blinking at all. Could that be front panel failure or something?

Did you make any changes or install any updates prior to the problem? If the fans come on and the green LED lights when you press the PSU button then the PSU is probably fine. It doesn't sound like a CMOS battery issue but it may be worth it to install a new battery (CR2032). Also check all the PSU connections on the MB. Unplug anything connected to the PSU except the MB. Then try to boot. Also pull all the RAM modules and try to boot.

I did not. Today I tried to pull all the RAM modules and only MB was connected to PSU and it doesn't power on anyways. On the front panel all the LED don't show any sign of power, not even blinking..

I just thought maybe it is power button simply stopped working? If yes, how do I power on it without power button just to try it? I don't see any little test buttons on MB

Also I've found that gpu that is soldered to the motherboard is cracked, could that be a problem?

The answer here wasn't good, i had this problem (why i am here).
i did not buyban new motherboard. What i did was plug out power, sett in one ram stick( in the right place) remove the CMOS battery.
Wait 5sek.sett in the CMOS battery (if it is charged)
plugged in power. And turn pc on.
Maby you motherboard is actually broken, then this will not fix it, but worked for me

A discrete graphics card is installed via PCIe slot, not soldered onto the motherboard. An integrated graphics, only available on certain processor and is built-in the CPU, which is located underneath a big heatsink with fan.
If you are able to see certain damage, cracked on the motherboard, then regardless what the part is, that motherboard is bad. No further troubleshooting is needed.
If you want to replace another (30 usd) motherboard to salvage and make use of other parts, or you want to learn and tinker with repairing your computer, it's better to get a whole (50 usd) barebone system, which contains a motherboard, power supply, heatsink, and the case itself.
