Dell 7530 Ram Memory Upgrade

Hi,

My current memories are 8+8 2666MHz CL19 Samsung  ,i want to add 32 gb DDR4 2666 MHz CL19 Longlife brand memory. I tried to use as 8+8+32 but laptop was not able to boot ,i could not see bios menu . Should i remove the 8+8 Rams  to use 32gb ram?

Thanks

Regards

According to the specs here, 48 GB of RAM is not supported. A single 32 GB RAM module is and the system should boot just fine. You can either go to a single 32 GB RAM module or either 2 x or 4 x 32 GB RAM modules.
