Precision 3541 & Nvidia Quadro P620 GPU Problems
I've been having driver issues with the laptop for a while, I'd uninstall the drivers for the Nvidia Quadro P620 and the computer would would fine for a while then start having BSOD crashes. Most of the errors it gave involved the nviddmk.m.sys and included reasons like Driver.Power.State.Failure, VIDEO TDR FAILURE and a handful of others. Right now it's stuck in a startup repair loop that I can't seem to break it out of. I don't believe its a driver problem anymore and may be a hardware issue with the video card. I had seen something searching around stating the video card was soldered onto the motherboard so I'm not sure what to do that this point. The warrantee is a year expired, should I send it in to Dell, will they even fix it or should I maybe take it to a local shop? Should I try reinstalling Windows to see if that will fix it?

the problem is: the p620 video card, came with out a VBIOS installd, there is possible that Dell can give us the .bin or an applicatication to fix this problem.

Been having the exact same crash problem as the original poster and the reply's. In CAD apps mostly. Have reimaged the system, updated all firmware and drivers. Nothing appears to resolve this. Someone mentioned video bios, can Dell please release an updated vBIOS for this system?

On the replacement board, the Nvidia P620 doesn't have a VBIOS installed, I think it's a step on a production line, but the replacement board doesn't go through it, Dell needs to release those VBIOS or take it to the support team, because technical support does not understand the problem. Annex images of the P620 with you can see that it does not have its VBIOS
P.D. The laptop has the last BIOS and drivers from dell support page.

thats correct, the replacement boards came with out the VBIOS, i don't know if problem from dell o nvidia.

i have noted some NVIDIA drivers on Windows 11 are bug riddled which has been fixed with 517.000 Quadro drivers
