I purchased a new Dell PC about two months ago.  Just got around to installing the J740 printer.  I installed the cartridges ... they seem to seat just fine ... but the cartridge cover won't close (it won't snap).  The cartridges indicate that they're for the J740 ... black on the left, color on the right ... I removed the tape ... (the "do not remove label is on top and in the back).  Why won't the catridge cover close?  With the cartridges OUT, the cover snaps fine.  Am I screwed?
