Dell 2155 094-911 error
I have had several Dell 2155 printers that come in for repair often with a 094-422 error which i believe is that the transfer belt required replacing.
I replace the belt as per instructions and reset the counter as directed by the instructions that come with the new belt. after restarting the printer it will come up with the 094-911 error msg which i cant seem to get rid of without changing the MCU board out of a donor machine.
Am i missing something here or is clearing the counter causing the mcu board to fail?
I have done one before using this method and it worked without fault but all the others fail.

As per the manual page 1-34. If these steps do not correct the problem, please contact Dell Technical Support.

Thanks for posting.
The error code 094-911 indicates the belt has reached 100,000 pages and should be replaced immediately usually along with the fuser and feed rollers as part of a maintenance kit. . The printer will not operate until the belt unit is replaced.
As per the manual page 1-34. If these steps do not correct the problem, please contact Dell Technical Support.
