Hi all
When I try and print the first sheet of paper starts to feed into the printer, it then stops and the printer starts to print, then I get an error message saying paper jam. The paper pulls out easily.
It appears the rollers aren't working to feed the paper in.
Any ideas why this might happen - can I fix it?

UPDATE - Further searching came across the suggestion to hold the printer upside down and shake hard. I did this - then managed to force feed a thicker piece of paper through and lo and behold out came a paper clip (how did that get in there??!) and now it's working again.
