Dell 926 Printer
I have upgraded to Windows 7, but when I try to load my drivers and utiliies disk, I get a message that there is already a driver, but when I check drivers section the 926 printer requests a trouble shoot--then it refers me to manufacturer--I have loaded Dell's 926 driver, and that has not fixed the problem--any similar experiences or suggestions? thanks

Let's run Delete Print Jobs, in case you tried to print something.
Then you need to disconnect your printer, run the patch(printer cleanup utility) until it prompts you to restart your computer.
Restart your computer. The download the Vista drivers and install them in the compatibility mode. If you have Windows 7 32-bit, then download the Vista 32-bit drivers.
