Dell 962 Printer cover is open

My Dell 962 says cover is open when I attempt to print. I have checked the cover numerous times. The cover is not open.  Please help!!!!!!!!!!

My Dell 962 printer says the cover is open and will not print.  The cover is closed.  What do I need to do?  Please help me!

Mine is doing this as well.  Did you ever get a response as to how to fix this?
