I have a Dell 946 all-in-one printer. Brand new. It came with two ink cartridges (black & color). It printed just fine until all of a sudden, I got an error displayed:  "left cartridge incorrect". I have read about how this problem can be fixed by clearning the printers ink memory but I have no idea how this is done. The cartridge is the correct one. It's full in ink. This just hapenned unexpectedly.

Any help is appreciated.
