I have been trying to get some one to come and check out my printer for five weeks now.  The printer is out of warranty.  There must be some company that will service Dell printers?????????  I have been emailing: US_Business_Ownership_EDSA [US_Business_Ownership_EDSA@dell.com] and they are zero help.  They sent me a phone number with a dispatch number, I called the phone number and they had no record of the dispatch number.  I told them to just have a maintenance company (oh, out of warrenty) (very important fact as the out of warrenty part tells them to toss you aside.) contact me, NOTHING!

Five weeks of being put off, well I am put off with Dell!

Someone give me an idea please.
