After clicking on the printer icon the print menu opens up.  When I click on "Properties"  I get "Function address0xa261545 caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005)."  I have re-downloaded the print driver, I have rerun my antivirus program (McAfee) and still get the same error message.  HELP!!!!!!!!  ANYONE?????
