Hello all.

Just aquired a 5110cn Laser Printer. Upon first power on I get "Diagnosing..." on the display screen. After leaving it on for some time it has not changed.

Per a suggested troubleshooting step I've tried the following:

 power off -> hold down up and down arrows -> power on -> wait for "Diagnosing" to appear -> release arrow buttons.

This was supposed  to result in the display giving me some troubleshooting or settings options that itncluded printing a test page. This did not work.

Does anyone else have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
