Can someone tell me how to change the font,style,and size of text in Outlook Express?

 

I am confused by the directions given.

1. On tools menu,click Options ( there is NO option button in the tools menu)

2.On the formating toolbar,click the buttons for the options you want.(when I click the font and size that I want it will not type it.The text reverts back to the original settings)

HTML formating is turned on.

Any suggestions?
