Something happened to my Outlook yesterday.  When I made a change to an e-mail account, it changed all the POP3 accounts.  In the end, I deleted them all, closed Outlook, restarted it, and re-setup the accounts.  That is all very well and good, but I still have a problem.  When I go into Tools, Options, Mail Setup, I cannot edit, nor add Send/Receive Groups. 

I did find a Knowledgebase article that seemed relevant - 284312 - but I can find no *.srs file.

When it does attempt a Send/Receive on exit, there are no accounts listed...

Any ideas?
