I can open Word (Office 2003, Windows XP Pro) attachments from Outlook on my Latitude D600 fine as long as it's docked at my office (using a desktop monitor). 

 

But at home when I'm using the notebook alone, I cannot open Word attachments in Outlook.  When I select "open" on the attachment, Word starts but never actually opens the file.

 

I have no problem saving the attachment and then using the "open" file option in Word to view the document.  I just can't do it from Outlook.
