I Did Purchase 18 days ago a inspiron 15 5000 series in www.Adorama.com and when come to check pre-installed factory software I see that McAfee suscription is 30days  and in the website dell.com says 12months.

I write to seller but just says help me in 2 bussines days and never do that.

who can help me?
