Hi, I have an adware program and windows defender on my computer which I am unable to update for some reason. I have tried system restore but this has no effect.

I have also noticed that when I search online for something on the internet the page redirects me. It dosen't matter if I'm using IE or firefox.

I'm running Windows Vista on a Dimension E521

any ideas?
