If I want to remove riser 3 from an R820, there is a card, the PERC RAID in one of the slots. It's a full-sized card and there is a blue thingie wedging down the top of the slot bracket. The thingie can slide up a little, but I can't seem to remove it beyond that. Is there any trick to removing it?
