Hi

I'm running Windows XP (SP 3) on a Dell Optiplex SX280. My DVD+/-RW drive is a Sony D56A.

Whenever I copy to a DVD-RW and eject, whether manually or via right-click, I get a blue screen and have to reboot. Everything else works perfectly and the system starts OK after reboot, but the problem happens everytime I copy and eject.

I updated the Sony D56A driver to the latest, but to no avail.

I ran the Dell Diagnostics at startup and did an extended test which said everything was working OK.

What else can I do please?
