Hi,

 

Looking for some guidance on this.  I have a Dell Dimension E310 running Windows XP.  The DVD/CD device that I have is HL-DT-ST DVD+-RW GWA4164B.

 

I've had the system for about 1 year and had the DVD/CD replaced once (by official Dell reps) early on. 

 

I was able to play both CDs and DVDs for awhile, and just recently (month or so) I am only able to play CDs now.  I believe I have the most updated drivers loaded, but would like to have outside help confirm for me and if the driver is up-to-date what can I do from here?
