I have a dimension 3000 and has recently stop recognizing dvds, I've tried both burned dvds and purchased dvds, neither work. When I put a dvd in the mouse has the cd icon flash next to it then does nothing. Then I go to my computer and the dvd drive doesn't show anything, just reads "DVD DRIVE (D:). Help is a appreciated, thanks.
