My own mistake - I uninstalled the Sonic Software in my PC thinking it was another program.  I now have no access to my CD/DVD.  I have reinstalled everything on the Dell Download page that comes up with my service tag #.  Is there any way to download that program that came with my computer?  I have a Dimension 3000 with Windows XP home edition.
