unable to create hyper devices via ECC
Hi all,
I got an error message when creating a hyper device via ECC.
The message is as below:
Attempt to submit SYMAPI_CFG_DEVICE_CREATE configuration change resulted in the following error:
Record Invailed- The configuration server could not interpret or apply the change definition record!!
Anyone has similar experience??

If so, I'd suggest you raise an incident, unless you already did.
Unfortunately to answer this question with any success I'd need more information and extracts from various logs. So to do that it would be better that a support ticket get created so that the agent who investigates can request the files needed. So the correct answer and actions in the correct context can be given.
