Someone in your company needs to investigate this printer, that without warning makes an explodeing sound similar to a gunshot, it comes from the left hinge when it breaks, when it broke i was just falling asleep. the printer was not even on. My printer is now useless and of course the warranty is long gone. How can a repuitable  company have a printer that just explodes with a sound that scares the *** out of you. I thought someone was shooting in my house. V 505
