How to request AppSync Basic or RP Basic and S&M after Delivering Unity XT 380?

I want to know after we deploy an EMC Unity XT in the datacenter can we request for giving the 0$ licenses(I think they are trial) such as AppSync Basic or RP Basic and S&M? if we can do this please tell us How?
