When you try to access the midsizer tool are you getting a login and then you get the error message, or are you just getting the error message when you are accessing?

I have opened a ticket to get this issue resolved.

It just leads me to this https://www.dell.com/di/shell and nothing show. I have tried almost all the browsers (chrome, edge, Mozilla, opera). Can any please help?
